Parent Involvement
Parents are most welcome. Large numbers of parents are involved around the school on a voluntary basis. Please contact your class teacher or the principal if you would like to be involved in a regular basis.
Reporting to Parents
A goal-setting evening is held early in the first term. This also provides an opportunity for parents to pass on relevant information to class teachers. At the end of the second term a parent/teacher interview allows parents to receive an oral report on a student progress. A comprehensive written report on student’s progress is sent home at the end of the school year.
Road Patrol
Senior students are on patrol in Sutherland Avenue from 8:30am to 8:50am and 2:45pm to 3:10pm
and Palmer Crescent from 2:50 - 3:10pm.
School Uniform
This is a school which takes pride in its uniform, and pupils are expected to be clad in full uniform at all times. The wearing of non-uniform articles is not acceptable, unless in very unusual circumstances, and must be accompanied by a permission note from parents. Such deviations are agreed to only for very brief periods – preferably for no more than a day.

School Donation / Activity Fee
The school donation helps the school with the cost of buying and maintaining equipment and resources and are set at the beginning of each year. This is a voluntary donation.
The activity fees are related to school programmes. These fees are not to be confused with attendance dues charged each term by the Catholic Schools Board.
Stationery Lists
Stationery lists go out at the end of the year with the End of Year Report to enable families to buy their child’s stationery over the holiday period. NB: There are some items which can only be purchased at school. Please place stationery orders on an envelope along with the pupil’s name and the appropriate amount of money enclosed, and send to the School Office.
